We want you to be fully satisfied with your product that you have bought. If, for whatever reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

The item must be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging and with the original invoice, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit. Note that we do not refund or pay for the shipping cost of returns. Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of the returned unit for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If an incorrect product is delivered to you, please retain the product in its original packaging and contact us promptly on 083-410-0451 or send an email to us at info@spystuff.co.za to rectify the mistake swiftly. We'll arrange to collect the incorrect or faulty product and deliver to you the product you ordered.
