Delivery Information.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE for orders from R1200 and above.

Delivery for orders below R1200 a flat rate of R120 for courier services apply!

How long does delivery take?

Note: When you make a payment through , a lead time of 3-working days apply, because they release the money into our bank always only after three working days.

When you make a direct EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payment, we will check that the funds is available in our account and when it is available we ensure that we process your order with intructions to our appointed courier on the same day or next working day.

Note: Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will generally be handed to the courier on the next working day. Our courier does not operate on weekends and public holidays and neither do we.

STANDARD COURIER DELIVERIES: The courier takes three(3) to four(4) working days to deliver to major center's and up to 5 working days to deliver to regional areas. (In extreme cases, it may take up to 7-10 working days for your package to reach you if you live in a deep rural area)

Your tracking number will be sent to you after the package has been collected by the courier, and you'll be able to follow its progress on the courier's website.

Please note that because we're a small business and as such make use of a third party courier services, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates on any orders nor can you choose specific delivery dates.

Other important delivery info:

We are an online only store and we're not set up for collections.
Most orders are dispatched from our suppliers. On our instruction our courier collect your product at our supplier's warehouse from where it gets dispatched to you.
Orders can be sent to any address in South Africa. We do not offer overseas shipping.
